Website Templates FAQ | Wix Solutions

Question 1

What is included in a website template request?

Accepted Answer

Every project starts with a discussion of the pages, content, features and customisation you need. A quote and delivery details are provided before any paid work begins.

Question 2

Can I preview a website on desktop, tablet and mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open a live demo, then change the preview viewport using the device buttons. Browser security settings may prevent some external sites from embedding in the viewer.

Question 3

Can Wix Solutions customise a selected design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request changes to layout, content, company branding, images and features. Scope and price are confirmed individually.

Question 4

Can I use the template on my Wix website?

Accepted Answer

Compatibility and transfer options depend on how the original project was built and which Wix editor and features it uses. We confirm these details before delivery.

Question 5

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

Choose a demo or template and use Request Quote to contact support@wixsolutions.co.uk with the template name and your requirements.

Question 6

Is payment taken immediately?

Accepted Answer

Not through this catalogue yet. The current release collects enquiries; Wix checkout and payment processing will be added only after they have been securely configured and tested.

Question 7

How are my private client previews protected?

Accepted Answer

Private previews are not publicly available in this release. Secure invitation links and client feedback will be enabled after the authentication and access-control backend is installed.
